Shackle for ships are one main part of anchor chain accessories. Anchor shackles are used to connect the anchor and anchor chains.
Our company has the production license of anchor chain accessories which issued by General Division of China Shipbuilding Industry. According to national standard ISO1704 and the standard of Classification Societies, we supply Grade 2 &Grade 3 Kenter Shackle (Dia. 12.5mm to 152mm), Joining Shackle and End Shackle(Dia. 16mm to 122mm), Swivel (Dia. 12.5mm to 122mm), Swivel Shackle(Dia. 24mm to 117mm), C shaped and Pear Shaped or other special shaped links.
All our shackles are produced by forging, heat treatment and machining. At present, anchor chain accessories are mostly produced through forging, rarely through casting.
