Tugger Winches

A tug winch is a type of equipment used for tugboat operations, mainly used for tugboats to tow ships or other objects. It usually consists of an electric motor/hydraulic motor, gear transmission device, winch, and control system.

The working principle of a tugboat winch is to drive a gear transmission device through an motor to rotate the winch, thereby retracting and releasing steel wire ropes or cables, achieving traction or retraction of the towed object. The control system can control the operation of the winch through a joystick or remote control to achieve the operation of the tugboat.
