Hydraulic Combined Anchor Windlass

To save space and cost, the anchor windlass and winch in modern ships often adopt a hydraulic combination design. That is the hydraulic combined anchor windlass. The hydraulic combined anchor windlass is a hydraulic drive system shared by the anchor windlass and the winch, which controls different clutch positions by pulling the embedded clutch handle, causing the drive shaft to drive the anchor sprocket and cable drum to rotate as needed, respectively achieving the lifting and lowering of the anchor and the retraction and release of the cable. The hydraulic combined anchor windlass eliminates the need for an electric motor and a gearbox, resulting in a small volume and lightweight in the mechanical part. The hydraulic combined anchor windlass adopts a hand control valve to directly operate the hydraulic motor, which is convenient for speed regulation and can achieve step-less speed regulation.
