SPWH-103 Water-borne Inorganic Zinc-Rich Anticorrosive Primer

Characteristics: Excellent cathodic protection, torch cutting、weld property, anticorrosive for a long time, abrasion、heat、flexibility resistance property, also it can resist 400≧ high temperature, good compatibility with a lot of upper coatings.

Uses: Mainly use for shipping boats、bridges、offshore platform、inside of the oil storage tank and steel structure etc. which need seriously anticorrosive, use for primer.

Mixing ratio: Host cystal/ Firming agent=2.5/1 (by weight)
Standard film thickness: dry: 50μm/coat
Academic spreading rate: 0.20kg/ O/50μm
Solid contents: 87%
Humidity requirement: below 85%
