Sintered Flux:
The following issues should be noticed when stocking and using fluxes:
1.Fluxes are generally packed in bags. They should be transported properly to avoid damages. They should be stored in dry rooms to avoid damp that may affect welding quality.
2.Before using them, they should be baked according to the parameters specified in the specification. When baking them, they should be spread on the plates and the thickness should be 50mm at most.
3.Before welding, the impurities on welds of the base metals, such as rust, oil stains, moisture, etc., should be cleared away.
4.When using recycled fluxes, the slag crusts, powder and other impurities in them should be cleared away, and they should be mixed together with new fluxes before using them.
5.When using direct current, DCRP (Direct Current Reversed Polarity), which means the wire should be connected to the positive terminal, is generally used.
