For low-alloy steel flux-cored welding wires, carrying out the standard GB/T17493-1998

(1) Under certain parameters, all-position welding is available.
(2) High deposition rate. Convenient to adjust alloying constituents.
(3) Strong penetration power. Molding will be completed on both sides in one-side welding.
(4) Shielding gas is not needed in outdoor construction.
(5) Excellent mechanical properties, especially excellent low temperature impact toughness.

GB AWS Current Main Applications
E501T-8 E71T-8 DC- JC-28 is mainly used for welding bridges, oil production platforms, hulls and their stiffening ribs.
E501T8-K6 E71T8-K6 DC- JC-29 is especially suitable for site welding on API X52 to X65 oil and gas pipelines highly requiring low temperature toughness.
E501T8-K6 E71T8-K6 DC- JC-29X is used for site welding on general steel and high strength steel, such as high-rise buildings, blast furnaces, etc.
E501T8-Ni1 E71T8-Ni1 DC- Used for making welds requiring high toughness and needing nickel. Especially suitable for site welding on API X52 to X70 oil and gas pipelines highly requiring low temperature toughness. Also used for automatic and semi-automatic welding on general steel, atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel and high strength steel, such as oil and gas pipelines, ocean platforms, storage tanks, etc.
